Not enough side table in the std room

warm welcome from reception and good hospitality from hotel's staffs.

i would expect to have local dish such as nasi dagang or nasi kerabu as breakfast menu.

Love it..New hotels. staff friendly.. facilities are great.. Premise clean.. Free parking.. Near to the jetty Kuala Besut.. I booked a single room.. later gonna try another room as well.

We treated ourselves to this hotel after three nights at budget hotels.It was pricey compared to other options in the area, but excellent value for money.Really nice breakfast with excellent coffee and extremely friendly staff.The restaurant is also a good choice for dinner if you're craving some Western food.

We had two rooms near the elevator and there is an extremely annoying sound everytime someone uses it. It is so loud, I had to use ear plugs to sleep.Location is somewhat outside the city but Grabs are easily available.

It is a great place to stop before heading to Perhnetian Islands. Very clean and organized. Mannon from front desk was so helpful and suggested two great places we go visit! So appreciated the extra care he took of us! Breakfast was also amazing- def worth getting with good coffee and lots of variety of foods. Room was small but comfortable bed and TV you can link your phone to watch from it plus had all the English news channels. Its close to good restaurants just 5 min in a Grab which are easy to get. The hotel restaurant was also really good value and tasty.

I love the room, very clean. the staff is also friendly, and helpful. I forgot to ask for their names but really glad that made our stay great.

the breakfast buffet is nice BUT, I was hoping to see some local delicacies that is not just nasi lemak. Since we are in terengganu, the hotel could offer more local feast such as Nasi Dagang, or Keropok Lekor or assorted kuih instead of the pastries. Im pretty sure, international guests will enjoy that too.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the food

Check-in was smooth (24 hrs reception), and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Bathroom amenities were provided too.Overall, it’s a good option for a short stopover, as it’s located just a 5-minute drive from the Kuala Besut Jetty. However, if you're staying at the Marriott Hotel in Perhentian, I believe they have their own speedboat to the island.

The staff was supportive and kind

There was nothing within walking distance to see or do. If you don’t have a car you are totally out of luck,the kitchen/dinning area was nice but the menus was very limited.

The hotel is new and well-maintained.

The accommodations are satisfactory; this location serves as a suitable stopover before proceeding to the Marriott Perhentian.

The hotel is nice, new and location wise very strategic. just across the public jetty and they have the private jetty to perhentianthe bed was so comfortablethe front desk staff Mr Mannan was very helpful and knowledgeable. near to bukit keluang for hiking

the room is small, actually acceptable but the space was too small for praying.the breakfast spread was quite modestthe door was quite difficult to open. the area has not matured, there are shoplots at the ground floor but not occupied yet. there's no swimming pool, pls consider building one.

No breakfast, remote location

There is no shuttle service, it is inconvenient to take a taxi

the bed is very comfortable and the room very clean. the staff at the reception is helpful and friendly

the selection at breakfast is very large and it tasted very delicious. however, we had to wait a very long time and had to remind the staff of our order. Although we had planned enough extra time, the long waiting times meant that we had to eat and pack our stuff very quickly so that we wouldn't miss our ferry. This could be improved!

The hotel is well kept. It is located in a quiet place. The staff is friendly.

Positive - room is very clean. bed & pillows are very pluffy and comfortable. staff are good. Negative - the room itself is very small for the price of RM 507. Bathroom's door too small & the glass door transparent - no good.Recommendations - should have a good family room or junior suite room or studio room.

Probably it’s not fully operated yet. There’s no cafe,where you can just sit & chilled around the hotel. Unless I’m not aware of it (-) The staff very helpful and friendly. The room sparkling clean. Bed was great. I hope they keep up with the good work. We had good rest & sleep after long day! (+)

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean

Staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us with anything and everything. I was very sick with the flu, and the lengths they went to to make me more comfortable were beyond servicable. Will definitely come back given the opportunity

We are kind of excited an international hotel in Kuala Besut, an additional option for a short vacay close to home. It simple, functional and light to the pocket. It is quite amazing when 2 blocks of shoplots turn into a hotel

Lack of those 'little things' that exude sofistication. Room is a bit too small. Staff in the restaurant are less attentive but maintain friendliness. We love to see a pool or a nice private beach in the future
